Domain redirects to other site

I have set up Multi Domains (latest version).
I have added two domains in the install that are public:
weydelandkaas.nl and weydelandcheese.com.

In my cpanel account (main domain = weydelandkaas.nl) I have added the domain weydelandcheese.com as an addon domain.

I have created a wildcard A record in cpanel for this addon domain with the IP address.

Now when I go to weydelandcheese.com it redirects inmediately to weydelandkaas.nl, but it needs to go to a separate website weydelandcheese.com.

I have put in the document root /public_html in cpanel. Is that good?

BTW I cannot also add this as a parked domain in my server configuration.

Any suggestions what to do?

    Thanks Alexander.
    But I don't get it.

    This is what I want to do.
    I have a WP Multisite.
    In there I want to have several sites with several domains.
    1) weydelandkaas.nl
    2) weydelandcheese.com
    3) weydeland.cn

    Do I need to use Domain Mapping? Or Multi Domains? Or both?

    When I use domain mapping I can only add a new subdomain of weydelandcheese.nl and not another domain.
    When I use Multidomain it doesn't seem to work because of the issues described above.

    Greetings,

    Hi @Jonathan Fokker,

    I'd recommend using Domain Mapping.

    With domain mapping you can create sites on your Multisite network like this:

    site1.primarydomain.com
    site2.primarydomain.com
    site3.primarydomain.com

    But then you can map new domains to the sites, and access them like this:

    primarydomain.com
    domain1.com -> site1.primarydomain.com
    domain2.com -> site2.primarydomain.com
    domain3.com -> site3.primarydomain.com

    Multi domains is a bit different, and allows you to create subdomain sites on multiple domains, but within the same multi site network. With Multi domains, the root domain will always redirect back to the main site.

    Best regards,
