Downgrading plan error

I downgraded hosting from Gold to Silver and received an error that it failed and that i was to contact support, I have done live chat 2x without a ticket being created..

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on fixing the anomalies noticed, the issue occurred due to the downgrade causing a disk issue.

    The issue encountered shouldn't be affecting the workflow of the website, however, our System admins are currently working on a patch regarding this, and will soon keep you posted via the ticket once the issue has been fixed asap.
