Duplicate errors in Defender file scan results

I have duplicate errors in file scan results. Its about 533.
Yesterday somehow WP core files were not accessible due to file permission so had to replace those with latest version that's it.

    I gave a closer look, and I could notice the issue as stated with the scan, which is odd. I ran a new scan to see how that goes, and that made the issue go away.

    Now there is only 4 issues in the File Scanning result in Defender at the moment, this might be more of a temporary glitch, which works fine once a new scan is performed.

    Is this something you are able to replicate in your system again?
