I saw in another thread you recommended using Easy WP SMTP to someone who had email problems
I too for some reason had my multisite stop sending emails and by installing Easy WP SMTP into the main site fixed the problem and email started working again
However I have this issue.
I started working on a new demo subsite and now when I visit it I get this message

How do we configure things so when someone adds a new subsite, their email will work?
