Edublogs – Educlean: BBPress forum page problem

Ok, integrated BBPress plugin into my site and put it up on the forum page with shortcodes. It appears there. The problem is that I assigned the forum page to use the template ‘full width’ and it still has the widgets on the right side of the page. I have a video tutorial page set at full width and it is full width.

Not sure if this is a bbpress problem or a theme issue. I’m leaning towards a theme issue.

BTW, this is with the regular Edublogs theme, not the bbpress one.

Thanks!

    Hi troykd,

I believe that’s due to your using the ‘forums’ slug, but to verify that, is your page named ‘forums’ and/or does it have as its slug /forums ?

In testing it, that slug appears to be overridden by bbPress, even when using the default Twenty Eleven theme.

Any change you could utilize a different slug, say ‘forum’ for instance?

    Cheers,

    David
