Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

I'm trying our Hummingbird and I've got most of the way through minifying and moving items to the footer. However when I run a page speed test there are still a few items showing up which I can't identify. Would you be able to help?

    Hi Ben,

    Hope you're doing well.

    WordPress default jQuery files are by default excluded from the minification process because majority of the sites will misbehave when jQuery loading position is moved.
    We are looking into adding advanced options in future releases that will allow users to manipulate with these files as well.

    As for the other report, could you grant us support access so we can have a closer look at this?
    To enable support access you can follow this guide here:

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for granting access, I had a look at your site results both in Hummingbird and in Google Page Speed test and the report you shown above doesn't show anymore, perhaps it just needed a new test to update properly.
    Only thing shown now is about jQuery files, if you wish to show them before the update you can add this code as mu-plugin to your site:

    add_action( 'init', 'my_func_remove_hb_filters' );
    function my_func_remove_hb_filters() {
    remove_filter( 'wphb_minification_display_enqueued_file', 'wphb_minification_hooks_hide_jquery_switchers', 10 );
    remove_filter( 'wphb_combine_resource', 'wphb_minification_combine_jquery', 150 );
    remove_filter( 'wphb_minify_resource', 'wphb_minification_combine_jquery', 150 );

    Other report there is for browser caching of couple of files but those are files that are pulled from external locations (like Facebook and Google Analytics scripts) and you can't affect them as they are not loaded from your server.

    Other than that it looks good and you may want to try increasing server response time a bit more by installing caching plugin or discussing it with your hosting provider directly.

    Best regards,
