EMail does not work on plugin subscribe by email

I tried it via smtp.

    Hey Bojan. Now it works for me as well. The sending time was a little bit delayed. One question: i added a new subscriber in the WP database but the subscriber is not synchronized with the Subscription database of the Plugin. How can we manage that? Same with the different member levels that we have.

    Adding subscribers from the database manually is not an option.

    The plugin can import subscribers from CSV file type. Maybe you can use that at your advantage. :slight_smile:

    How can we manage that? Same with the different member levels that we have.

    What plugin are you using to make different member levels?

    Could you upgrade to the latest version (2.9.2) and grant me support access to take a closer look at this for you.

    You can do this via your wp-admin > WPMU DEV > support > support access and click "Grant Access".

    Hope you're well!

    Another problem: if i import or add a subscriber that already exists and already confirmed in our former system the subscriber gets a new configuration mail from subscriber via email plugin.

    Did you try to check the "Do not send confirmation emails" when you bulk import the confirmed emails from your former system? I assume you are using the CSV feature on this instances.
