Emails / Auto Renewal


Please confirm how we check when the emails are send when someones account has reached its time limit e.g. 365 days? We cant see anywhere where we can:

1 see how many days before it goes out
2 what the email says
3 who its been sent to.

Lastly, if we change it to re occuring membership.. will stripe automatically take a payment every 365 days?

    Thanks for asking. Let me explain one by one.

    1 see how many days before it goes out
    2 what the email says

    To set a reminder email to your subscribers, please go to "Dashboard > Membership 2 > Settings > Automated Email Responses" section. Then from the dropdown, please select "Subscription - Before Expires" and click the "Load Template" button.

    After the template is loaded, you will get option to define how many days in advance the user should be notified. You will also get option to edit the email content. Please check attached screenshots for reference.

    Please don't forget to enable that template.

    3 who its been sent to.

    It will be sent to every member before the defined period of their subscription expiry. If you want, you can also send a copy to the administrator if you want. So whenever this email is sent to any user, your site admin will also get a copy and will know to whom it was sent.
