Emails not sending. marked as pending

Hello, the subscribe via email plugin does not appear to be sending out emails.

If I look in the emails log they are marked as pending but do not appear in the queue. For example please see - http://principal.roseberryacademy.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sbe-sent-mails

WPMUDEV support access has been enabled for this site.

It seems to be a similar issue as has been reported here - https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/emails-are-pending-and-are-not-sent-out-in-a-timely-manor

    I hope you're having a nice day and thank you for your question!

    Unfortunately, I'm not able to access your site as I keep getting an "Invalid Token" error. This happens some times but luckily is easy to fix by re-granting/extending a support access via WPMU DEV plugin. That said, could you please do this for me?

    I'd also like to ask if this only happens regarding "Subscribe by Email" messages or there are also issues regarding other e-mails such as WP registration e-mail or notifications from other plugins?

    Please advise!

    Thanks for extending an access. I took a look at your site settings. That said, would you be so kind and check one more thing for me?

    Please access your database via phpMyAdmin panel and see if the _subscriptions_queue table does exist. If it does, is it empty or does it contain anything?
