Emails not working from site

Hi there. I recently moved a Multisite to a new server with the same host and since then emails from the site no longer seem to work.

2 sites in particular include and

The former uses contact form 7 and just won't send and the 2nd one uses Woocommerce bookings and won't send booking confirmation emails despite none of the settings changing.

Any ideas what is blocking these emails?

    Hello Scott,

    If you moved to new server (even in the same hosting company) then it would be best to ask your hosting provider about that issue - it might be that you are using default mail() function to send emails and that function is blocked on your server.
    Check if you can reset password in your WordPress - see if then you will get email. If no, then this very looks like a server issue.
    If yes, then enable debug log in WordPress and try send email from one of those forms to see what is preventing them from sending. To enable debug, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    In order to enable the error logging to a file on the server you need to add yet one more similar line:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    In this case the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/directory.

    Depending on whether you want your errors to be only logged or also displayed on the screen you should also have this line there, immediately after the line mentioned above:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    The wp-config.php is located in your WordPress root directory. It’s the same file where the database configuration settings are. You will have to access it by FTP or SFTP in order to edit it. I would need then to see contents of the debug.log file - so please upload it to dropbox like a service and paste link here.

    kind regards,
