empty response from managed backups

Managed Backups return <empty responce> message and not creating a backup.

    Hope you are doing well.

    I added some Snapshot defines on wp-config and updated the exclusion list adding a non WordPress folder, I also improved the memory defines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    I suggest you contact the hosting provider about your memory_limit and max_execution_time, using the set_time_limit(300); will make the Snapshot warning stop and/or show the 300 as max_execution_time on the php values, but most of the time hosting has a limitation and need to be increased server side.

    I tried to increase using the .user.ini and php.ini but made no difference, so, please check those values with hosting provider then run a new Managed Backup.

    Let us know if increasing those values on hosting fixed the problem.
