    Hey there Sammy,

hope you're doing good and thanks for reaching us!

I just went ahead and accessed your website after you kindly granted access for us and created a new dummy user (username: dimitriswpmudev) and I was able to see this in action.

As I can't access the plugins list in network admin area (I'm getting a "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." message instead), could you please elaborate a bit more with me here?
Is there any latest change, plugin addition, or any new integration made, that may caused that?

Could you please deactivate temporarily all plugins to check if this resolves this?
This can be done easily even without access to WP backend. Simply connect to your server via FTP and rename the plugins folders, something like /wp-content/plugins.old/ from /wp-content/plugins/ should do the trick.
If this resolves the issue, you can activate them back one-by-one, checking each time the login procedure. You can do so by creating a /wp-content/plugins/ for the active plugins, and move whole plugin's folder from /wp-content/plugins.old/.

If this continues, please double check that you're using the correct .htaccess rules as described here:
and of course the correct wp-config.php definitions, especially the part of the multisite installation (you can find the rules in /wp-admin/network/setup.php)

Let us know how that goes!
    Take care,

Thank NAME, for their help.
