Error 502 - Bad Gateway while accessing pages and posts

I am getting Error 502 - Bad Gateway for some URLs. Those URLs exist on my site but showing that error while other pages and posts are fine.

    Hello Gresham

More information here, the page with 502 error was gone when we quickly renamed plugins folder to something else. That means, there is a plugin which is causing this issue.

Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict. You need to do the same with themes as well.

You can find the flowchart here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-1

Let us know how it goes. Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Ash

    Hi Gresham,

So just to be sure the issue still exists on your website side? Are you able to replicate the issue again on your website?

Our hosting team's initial troubleshooting seems to point out it has to do more related to one of the plugins causing it. If you are still noticing 502 errors even after running a conflict test then please do share your websites WP admin login, so that we could check further if needed.

You can send credentials by using our secure contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
