    Hi there

Thanks for sending details. First of all, the other domain is hosted in somewhere else, not in the same server.

Then I tried to add that domain in your host and I got the following message:

You are not allowed to add more than 0 addon domains. The domain was not setup.

That means, you don’t have permission to add more domain in the same account. So you have quite a bit to do.

    1. Contact your host and ask them to allow more domain to add as addon domain.

    2. Go to the domain panel, change the nameserver to your main site host’s nameserver.

    3. Go to main site’s cpanel, add the new domain as addon domain. When you add as addon domain, then make sure the Document Root is public_html, this is important. There should not be anything after public_html, like public_html/yoo etc.

Then you should be good to go.

Hope it helps  Please feel free to ask more question if you have any.

    Cheers

    Ash
