error in database connection after installing plugins

Hi i have had error in database connection come up after installing wpmudev and installing a couple of plugins can you offer any suggestions in how to reconnect with the database?

    Hey Shane,

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    Our WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin shouldn’t cause any database connection issue. Have you tried to run a plugin conflict test? If not, please disable all the plugins and then try to enable them one-by-one, each time checking for the error in question.

    This way you should be able to identify the plugin (if that’s the plugin’s fault, even if it’s our one) that’s causing that.

    It’s great that you’ve identified the troublesome plugin. Now let’s deal with it :slight_smile:

    I believe you’re referring to our Membership Pro plugin, am I right? If so, are you using the latest version of it (3.5.3.2 released on April 24th)?

    If not, please update it and let me know if the issue still happens. Also, could you please let me know what other plugins of ours have you installed? Please advise!
