Error: Invalid Ticket Selected

Get the following error when trying to access user submitted ticket.

Error: Invalid Ticket Selected

One caveat is that this system is running on a Windows server.

Can I please ask for some support?

    Can you let me know the exact steps that led to this error and your set up please? Specifically;
    - are you using Multisite?
    - is the user who submitted the ticket a sub-site admin?
    - what level is the user who submitted the ticket?
    - are you logged in as super admin why you try to view the ticket?
