I receive error messages when I try to use this plugin and sign-up a new user for our website. I spoke with Jack in help chat session 2 days ago and he said he’d try to have it resolved by the next day — it still is presenting the same errors. How to do I resolve this problem?? This is the plugin that I purchased the membership upgrade for so currently I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience.. even on sale, spending $300 for nothing really hurts not to mention my client is ripping my head off because we need this functionality immediately. Can you please let me know what needs to be done to resolve it?
If you cannot resolve it within a timely manner I hope you guys will give me a refund for the membership as I need to use my resources to resolve this.
