Hi! I'm triying to install WP Smush Pro but when I click install I get an error at the top:
Server error status: OK [200]

What I should do??

    Hi juan,

    200 means everything is alright. Here is a detailed description of 200 code:

    200 OK
    The request has succeeded. The information returned with the response is dependent on the method used in the request, for example:
    GET an entity corresponding to the requested resource is sent in the response;
    HEAD the entity-header fields corresponding to the requested resource are sent in the response without any message-body;
    POST an entity describing or containing the result of the action;
    TRACE an entity containing the request message as received by the end server.

    So this is very weird. However, can you please make sure you don't have the free version or Smush installed and activated on your site? If you have the free version installed and activated, can you please deactivate and delete the free version of Smush and then try to install Smush Pro again? I believe, this will resolve this issue.

    If you don't have free version of Smush activated, or if you are still having the same issue after deleting the free version of Smush, would you mind allowing Support Access so we can have a closer look at this?

    To enable support access you can follow this guide here:
    http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    In the mean time, can you please do a plugin conflict test just to make sure no other plugin is causing this? To know more about plugin conflict test, please check this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    Please let us know your findings. I'm looking forward to hear from you and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

    Hello Chad,
    I hope you're doing well!

    To help keep support tickets separate, could you please open a new thread for your new question https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/#question ?

    This helps to prevent any confusion (for us) as I'm sure you understand.

    This might also help other members looking for a similar answer.

    Meanwhile could you please make a basic theme/plugin conflict test? To perform it, please follow all the steps described on a flowchart in this article (you may need to scroll the page down a little):
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    I'm looking forward to hearing from you in the new thread you create!

    Cheers,
    Denitsa
