Error setting up website on The Hub


We are having trouble setting up our website on The Hub. It is giving us an error when we try to add the plugin –

I’m not sure where our error is occuring. I tried to add another plugin and had an issue with it too.

Where is our issue? How can we get this fixed?

    So sorry to hear the inconvenience you are having. Can you please confirm if this issue is happening only with this plugin or this is happening with all plugins?

    Most of the times, this happens for wrong folder and file permission in server. Can you please confirm all your directories have 755 or 750 permission and all your files have 644 or 640 permission?

    If you are having this issue even after fixing permissions, then can you please do a plugin conflict test just to make sure no other plugin is causing this? To know more about plugin conflict test, you can check this guide:
