Hey @adam Kayden, hope you’re doing well this evening!

I tried having a closer look at your site here, but the Support Access keeps giving me a invalid access token error when I try logging in. Could I ask you to revoke & re-enable Support Access?

I’d like to check out the log more, and also download a copy of the archive you’ve imported, so I can try importing it into a test site of my own. What’s the archive in question, by the way?

    Please advise,

    Michael
