Event Plugin issues with description text and "additional dates"

I am using the Events plugin and have two issues:

1) I previously used Event Espresso, and could add description information without any HTML codes. Inside the event sections...and other posts/pages, it is necessary for me to add "
" for line breaks...the plugin doesn't automatically do the spacing based on what I've typed. I'm wondering if this is an issue with the plug in or if it's an issue with something else.

2) When using the option "click here to add another date to event" the only date that shows in the vent listing page on our site is the last. An example of this can be found here: http://www.themountleads.org/events/

The Marriage Talk - Winter Session begins on February 19th, but only the last class (3/8) shows in the listing.

Please help.

    Hello Shevea,

I hope you are well today.

Doing some tests on my dev install, I'm not seeing what you're seeing. In the event editor, you have the choice for HTML or Text in the WordPress editor, just as you do in Posts and Pages. If you use the HTML editor, you do not need to add the manual line breaks. Sees screenshot: https://goo.gl/fR7zmy

As far as the event archives go, when I viewed mine, all dates were listed. See screenshot: https://goo.gl/JEh3rA

Are you using a custom template for your event archive page? If so, it may be calling the dates incorrectly.

In order to help you better with your issue, would you please grant me access to your site?

You can learn how to grant WPMU DEV Support Access at the following link:

Please reply back here once you've enabled access so I will be notified.

    Hi there

The issue is with your theme. I have quickly changed the theme to default theme and I can see all dates and line break too. Please check screenshot.

So I believe there is custom template for events in your theme. Would you please talk to your developer about this? He should be able to fix it very quickly. You can also delete the custom template file, then the default template that comes with the events plugin will load.

Hope it helps  Please feel free to ask more question if you have any.
