Events+ and Custom Sidebars not working

Hi guys
I've installed Custom sidebars & Events+, and configured an Events sidebar to be associated with Event types and archives. However they don't show, eg:

http://digitalscot.net/events/2018/06/demo-event/

It does on the Calendar page, where I set the sidebar manually:

http://digitalscot.net/calendar/

On that page you'll also see I've defined an 'Events Map' widget, into which I put the [eab_events_map] shortcode, but nothing is showing..

Thanks, Neil.

    Hello Neil McEvoy

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

I have just checked Custom Sidebars with Events+ on my test setup and it worked fine for me. I was testing that, however, with pretty basic and simple configuration so I might have missed something.

That said, I would like to take a look at the configuration on your site. Would you please enable support access for me? To do so, please go to the "WPMU DEV - Support" page in your site's back-end and click on "Grant support access" button there, then let me know here.

I'll also check Events+ configuration then to investigate the map issue.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello Neil,

I checked your settings and on single events Sidebar Single Post was used - when in custom sidebar you selected Sidebar Single Page. I selected Single Post and added Events and now it shows Events sidebar on the single events

As for the [eab_events_map] shortcode - I have tested it on my site and it shows correctly map of events locations.
On your site it doesn't show anything no matter if its in the sidebar or page. I noticed two things
    1) There is no API key in Google Maps Options:

it has to be added so maps can display correctly
    2) I checked source code and it looks like google maps scrips are not loading there. This might result of the conflict with another plugin (or theme even) . Please run a quick plugin/theme conflict test as described in getting support manual E. Plugin Conflict Test
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-2
Please make sure you have backup before doing any changes on the site.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
