Events+ and User Registration

Hi,
I have a form on gaconvention.com. It's currently a forminator form but I'm considering going to events+. Does events+ support allowing addiitonal forms to appear if additional family members want to register for the same event without having to submit multiple individual registraitons over and over?

    Hello cornelius_butler

    Hope you're doing well!

    The Events+ allows RSVPs for one visitor out of the box. The Events+ has the Additional registration fields add-n, so if users require to be registered to RSVP on an Event, you may enable this add-on from Events > Settings > Add-ons and add any additional field into the registration form. Please see this screenshot:

    A Forminator form can be added into an event page, but it is not integrated with the Events+ plugin, it can be submitted separately.

    If you're looking for a way to allowing users purchasing multiple tickets at a time, it can be achieved with the integration with MarketPress plugin. where users to purchase multiple tickets will RCSP and allowed to add a number of tickets to purchase.

    If an add-on "Payments via MarketPress Products" will be enabled, users will use Markepress checkout page and will also be able to purchase multiple tickets from separate events.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Hello cornelius_butler

    I trust you're doing well!

    I am afraid not. The re is only one name can be added, the name of the person that purchased the product. It can be done with additional custom coding. Here is a mu-plugin developer by one of our developers that allows adding custom fields to the checkout page:
    https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/2ec264489c6919669d725c7d53bc23d0

    The code will need some adjustment to add the fields that you wish. You will need to edit Custom field one and Custom field two to chnage the labels, please see the example bellow

    $custom_fields['custom_field_one'] = array(
    					'type'	 => 'text',
    					'label' => __( 'Custom field one', 'mp' ),
    					'name'	 => $this->field_name( 'custom_field_one', $type ),
    					'value'	 => mp_get_user_address_part( 'custom_field_one', $type ),
    					'atts'	 => array(
    						'class' => 'mp_form_input',
    					),

    				);

    You may clone the code to add more fields, and edit the label value Custom field one and change the custom_field_one to custom_field_three or custom_field_four.

    Upload the plugin into the mu-plugins folder. If you are not familiar with mu-plugins you can read about them here:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-manual-2/using-mu-plugins/

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
