[Events +] Popup for Time entry, incorrect layering

When entering the time of an event, a popup displays to allow entry of hour and minute. The time cannot be entered manually. But the popup displays at a Z-layer that is lower than the content text entry box, so the hour/minute entry is partially covered. Even with moving the screen around the popup cannot be repositioned, so entering the time is impossible.

Quick hack for single entry: Using the browser tools, inspect the element for the div id=ui-timepicker-div. Change the z-index to 9999. (999 is not high enough!) For anyone who needs this fixed until WPMU DEV fixes it, use your theme with custom CSS, and set that ID/value with !important.

Given this condition, has anyone used this plugin recently? At all?
