[Events +] The recurring events dont show in his publication post

Hi there, I have a strange issue, I deactivated the plugins but I cannot found the error.
In the front end the recurring events work only in the root event, in the children events the front end dons show anything of the content, you can see in:
You can't see the information, but in the:

You can see the information of the event.

    Hello Diego Díez Corral

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

I checked both links that you shared but they both came "empty" for me at first and there was no information on an event whatsoever under these URLs. So I have accessed the site and checked another "randomly selected recurring event" and I can see content for both parent

    and the "child" (recurring instance)

Then I noticed that I still can't see any information on the events if I'm logged out from the site. That would suggest that they are "hidden" from public but there's no any "membership"/"protection" plugin active currently.

I do see though that there are a Membership 2 Pro plugin and the Comet Cache plugin installed. Where those plugins active before you started testing and was by any chance Membership 2 Pro protecting the events?

Am I allowed to enable CometCache back and experiment with its settings a bit to see if it's involved here?

As for dates, I'm not quite sure what do you mean. Your site seems to be set to a proper date in back-end (on Settings -> General page) and events do have what seems to be proper dates as well, could you elaborate a bit more on this please?

    Kind regards,

    Hi Diego Díez Corral

    Thank you for your response!

After some more of intensive testing I think I found what suppose to be a slight bug/incompatibility issue. It looks like this happens because of Upfront themes not being able to properly handle "nested" (parent->child structured) "virtual" pages.

If I'm correct, the "trick" that worked for me on my test setup should help here as well so please give it a try:

    1. access your WP install via FTP or cPanel "File Manager"
    2. Go to this folder:

    3. find the file named "single-page.php" and download it to your local drive (but don't remove from server!)

    4. on your local drive rename "single-page.php" file to "single-incsub_event.php"

    5. upload that "single-incsub_event.php" file to the same folder on the server

This way you will get a copy of "single-page.php" file under a "single-incsub_event.php" name

Once this is done, clear all the caches on site and check if you can now see the events. Let me know if that worked for you please and if you can confirm, I'll report this to our developers as a bug along with proposed solution.

    Kind regards,
