Every time I have

Every time I have tried to back it up it does not complete, sometimes crashes and I got a 502 error:

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Hope you're doing well today!

    1) Can you please check how much space you have available on your server? When Snapshot is doing a Managed backup, the archive is firstly saved on your server and then it's uploaded to our cloud and deleted on your server (if the upload was succesfully).

    So, if your server doesn't have space enough to create the backup archive, it will produce an error.

    2) Also, can you please try the following:

    2.1) Disable and re-enable Snapshot;

    2.2) then, go to Snapshot -> Managed backups and "Activate Manged Backups";

    2.3) After this, try do a new Managed backup and check if it works.
