Excluding super admin sites from pro site

Ok, I have looked in the forums and can't find the answer to this one, although I find reference to it.

I have multisite buddypress pro site. I am confident that it has been configured properly.

I have the main site created.

I just now created a new site as an additional site in the same list as the main site.

I have full dashboard capability. I visited the site and that is what I see when I do. If you click on re-enable it takes me to the payment page for pro sites.

I checked the manage sites tab in pro sites, for that site and have included that in the 2nd attachment.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

what list do you refer to when you say you created a new site in the same list as main site?

have you enabled your main site as a pro-site? you should be able to remove sites from pro-site status in your network dashboard sites list.

it looks like you have paytoblog enabled.

New site created is not accessible on the front-end if Disable Front End is active, even if created by super-admin, unless the super-admin immediately grants pro status.

so if you go to manage sites and then give the site pro-site status by assigning it a level, then that should enable it.

I'll add this to the feature requests to add an option to prosites to exempt sites created by super-admin.

    hope this helps.
