Existing ticket - Lost ability to reply

Hi I received the response below from Alexander Rohmann and cannot reply for some reason. My issue is still outstanding. I cannot find a "mode" dropdown anywhere? Please help?

My mistake, I'm sorry. It is under the "mode" dropdown, and it's actually called "indefinite" not "infinite"

When you create the subscription, just drag your free access level from the right, over to the left. Then you will be able to select that option.
