Greetings! I am wondering if anyone on your team has experience working with real estate websites. I am an owner of a SEO/Online marketing/Web design company and I must make a decision tomorrow on what platform to choose. My options are:
1. IDX Broker - Runs with WordPress, and I have full customization, very affordable starting at $99 and low monthly fee. http://www.idxbroker.com/
2. Real Estate Webmasters - No access to CSS or HTML, so minimal work. Minimum start is $2,000 and $200 monthly. Highly spoken of, and top real estate companies and my city are using them. http://www.realestatewebmasters.com
Now just because the top real estate companies in my city use Real Estate Webmasters, it could just be that they don't have experience to work on custom pages and content. And they have the budget to pay high priced companies.
Here is one users experience with both, but it is outdated from 2014 - http://www.greatcoloradohomes.com/blog/my-journey-through-idx-options-and-a-quick-review-of-real-estate-webmasters.html
What is your opinion, as a developer team? Have you seen basic wordpress real estate websites do well based on good SEO knowledge?
