When I log in to check status of some recently expired members to check if they have renewed, I see one of two different screens.
On some of them, it appears that they never had an IACC-NA Subscription. (I have clicked on this and discovered that it creates a new subscription for them and I'm thinking that may cause problems so I have deleted them!)
On others, they have an IACC-NA Subscription and it displays their expiration date.
Are the ones that are defaulting to a non-subscription receiving their notifications first that they expired?
