Facebook comments in duplicate

The ultimate facebook plugin is importing comments into our site (queerty.com), but regularly it duplicates the comments so we'll have two of the same comment after each other. See here:

    Hey @sgatz,

I was unable to replicate this also, same as Michael only one comment is being imported, so I'm thinking there is something specific on your installation.

Can you tell us if this happening with automatic import or when you click on Import comments now link in settings, or both?

Do you have any other plugins that can control your comments or any other Facebook related plugins?

    Looking forward to your answer.

    Best regards,
    Predrag

    Predrag,

This is all happening in automatic comments. Today it seems they are coming in threes on many (but not all) posts. I can't seem to find a common reason that it happens on some comments but not all comments. BTW, each of the comments has the exact same comment_date down to the same second, so it's definately duplicates.

The other comment related plugins we use are:
    @Reply \w comment preview
    Akismet
    Jetpack subscriptions

In the interim, since the date/timestamp are identical, I might hack a DB check to ensure that there are no existing comments from teh same user on the same post with the same timestamp.

    Hey @sgatz,

Since a cron job is created for importing the Facebook comments, I'd be curious as to whether that's being affected here (in a way that it's being caused to fire multiple times).

I'd like to do some deeper troubleshooting, could you please send in the following via our secure contact form:

    - Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Michael Bissett
    - Do not include anything else in the subject line, doing so may delay our response due to how email filtering works.
    - Link back to this thread
    - Include WordPress admin access details (login address, username & password)
    - Include FTP log-in details (hostname, username & password)
    - Include any relevant URLs for your site

On the contact form (linked to below), please select "I have a different question", this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards,
