FAQ for multisite and subsite


I am using multisite to host my clients' websites and I intend to create a support system for them to ask questions and create a faq. However, one of my client site, they have requested for a similar setup for their ecommerce website.

Am I able to enable the Support System plugin on two levels, one for my own clients and one for my client's customers. Both have different questions and answers.
