Fatal error memory size

I keep getting this fatal error message when I try to load my site:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home10/thechane/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-twitter-cards.php on line 121

What should I do?

    Hi Susanna

    Hope you are doing good today.

    Looks like Jetpack plugin requires more resources from your site. I also open your site on my side and it work normal.

    I see the support access is open for this site so I check you server resources and it shows that your memory_limit is set to 256M.

    Please try to increase your memory_limit to 512M or higher by adding this code to your wp-config.php file:
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
    The line should be placed above the "/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */"

    Or create a php.ini file in /wp-admin/ folder, edit this file and add this line:
    memory_limit = 512M

    Here you can find article about how to increase resources on your server.

    If above things won't help please contact with host provider to increse the memory_limit on your site.

    Hope this help :slight_smile:

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
