Feature Request - Add new ticket by admin on behalf of client.

Great plugin! As the title says, I'd love a feature for the Support System where we, the admin, on behalf of a client, can Add a New Ticket much like customers or clients can now.
For example, a client calls asking for help, but instead of directing them to add a ticket, I'd like to add a ticket on behalf of them. And once the ticket is created, an email informing them of such would be great. The ticket, although created by admin, would be auto-assigned to the admin. The ticket process would then proceed as per usual.
