I am running a large multisite network with thousands of users and subsites on it and I am using the support system plugin to communicate with my subsite admins.
The plugin works fine except from my currently open ticket about some slow queries (https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/slow-query-on-large-multisite-network#post-750758)
But we can see that some features will be soon missing if we want to go on using the plugin with thousands of tickets:
1) a search box: to retrieve old tickets about one subject (with a lookup on ticket subjects and/or messages)
2) some cron purge rule settings: for instance to delete tickets (and the associated attachments!) older than 1 year
Could you schedule these enhancements or give me some trick to do that ?
