finding out why an order failed

I got an order failure notice on aficreditsolutions.com. I have support access on. How do I find out the exact reason why the order failed?

    How do I find out the exact reason why the order failed?

    Once I edited the orders, under WooCommerce > Orders, I could notice the following issue for the mentioned failure listed under “Order Notes”:

    Invalid Credit Card Number REFID:XXXX (Transaction was rejected by gateway) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    Which means the card used was invalid.
