Forbidden message from Snapshot Pro and Appointments+

Hi,

I've tried to download these two plugins and received the forbidden message. I haven't tried any of the others today. All was working fine yesterday

Can you help, please?

    Hope you're doing well.

    We had some hiccups with API yesterday but they should be resolved now and that might be the issue that prevent you to install plugins.

    I tried accessing your site to check this out but the support access isn't working for some reason, can you try installing the plugins now and if you're still having issues please go to WPMU DEV > Support panel and from there revoke and then re-grant support access so we can check this out.
