forcing images that go into a slider to be specific dimensions

Hi,
I have support access on for aficreditsolutions.com. It has a slider on the home page and according to the theme developer the me dimensions have to be the following:

The standard size must be 500px * 300px i.e.,
width: 500px;
height: 300px;

Is there any way that I can quickly and easy force any image I put in the slide to fit those dimensions? Are there plugins to do this?

    Hello cornelius_butler

    I am afraid there is no such plugin. I can see the dimension is forced using css, so whatever sized image you upload, it will be forced to fit there, though it won't keep the proportion.

    If the theme set any thumbnail of that size, then when you upload an image it should create a copy of that size, so I assume the theme doesn't have mentioned any thumb settings. You may need to ask them to set a thumnail.

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Ash
