Formatting Issues Google Custom Search

Recently noticed an issue with the search results in GCS. Any recommendation on what might be happening? Thanks in advance! Link to search results example shown here:https://www.intelivate.com/?s=process

    Hello Kris,

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    I've visited the site in question and I admit I'm a bit confused here. The search result listing looks fine for me, that's the default "Google-served" design. Your site's them also looks quite well, however I'm not aware whether it should look like it currently does.

    That said, could you please elaborate a bit on this? Some screenshots indicating issues that you're referring to would be also very helpful!

    Please advise!
    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello Kris,

    thank you for your replay!

    It does indeed look a bit different for me. I've attached a screenshot for you. The only thing that gets "cut off" for me is a search button. This CSS rule should help:

    input.gsc-search-button {height:auto;}

    As for search result list. I think you could first try clearing browser's cache (http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/) to see if this helps.

    Additionally, you may want to add these CSS rules to the site:

    .gs-title {font-weight:normal;font-size:18px!important;}
    .gs-snippet {font-weight:normal;font-size:13px;line-height:15px;}

    You may want however to adjust font size values and line-height value to match your site's design. This CSS should set "fixed" size for search result elements and prevent them from being "cut off".

    To apply custom CSS rules to your site please add them either to style.css file of your child-theme (if you are using a child theme) or via a Simple Custom CSS plugin.

    I hope that helps!

    Best regards,
    Adam
