I checked the php.ini file and I changed the ionCube path to the custom ionCube for your account:
Once I do that, I checked the Site Health checker and the message for the function was removed temporary:
In this case, I checked the error message and I found two topics regarding the same issue with the error message:
The scheduled event, forminator_send_export, failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended
They suggested contact the Forminator plugin Support Team and request assistance. I can confirm the issue is not a server site issue and there isn't an error message in the Apache error log for that specific cron job. I am providing you with the link of the topic below:
In addition, I was able to find the topic in the WordPress.org forum with the issue and I am providing you with the link below:
In this case, I could suggest you two options:
1. To contact the plugin support and request assistance with the error message because they are familiar with the functionality, the structure, and specifics of the plugin scripts and cron events .
Unfortunately, this is outside of our scope of support and our Technical Support Team is specialized in providing assistance in case your script is not accessible due to a problem with your host server or a vital service running on it.
2. To consider contact with your websites' developers or with an experienced WordPress specialist to review the scripts and implement a coding solution.
If you don't have a developer, I can not recommend you anyone in particular, but you can easily find a experienced specialist through some of the popular freelance websites.
Of course, if a server-side fix is required, we would gladly apply it for you if possible.
