I checked the php.ini file and I changed the ionCube path to the custom ionCube for your account:
Once I do that, I checked the Site Health checker and the message for the function was removed temporary:
In this case, I checked the error message and I found two topics regarding the same issue with the error message:

They suggested contact the Forminator plugin Support Team and request assistance. I can confirm the issue is not a server site issue and there isn't an error message in the Apache error log for that specific cron job. I am providing you with the link of the topic below:

1. To contact the plugin support and request assistance with the error message because they are familiar with the functionality, the structure, and specifics of the plugin scripts and cron events .
