[Forminator] Visualising Form Data

Hi Guys, we have a longish questionnaire (about 10 questions) on a website we are building. The questions are check boxes and we wanted to show the results on a radar graph once the user has complted the results then add a summary of the answers (all a’s then your company is blah blah blah etc etc).

Can this be done with Forminator or any other combination of WPMU tools?

The form in question is curretly here https://ncfd.factorydev.co.uk/health-check/ and you will need the following details to access the dev site…

    Hey Tim,

Hope you are having a great day.

I did some research and I am afraid that showing forms results on a graph is not available out of the box. However, I have asked our developers if we have any plans to add such feature and I’ll let you know once I got a reply.

Regarding the part of showing results after submitting the form, this could be done with the Quiz module in “Forminator” plugin. But the “Quiz” module doesn’t include the ability to add personal details fields such as name, email, and phone.

I’ve removed credentials from your message as it is a public forum and you shouldn’t share your credentials publicly even it’s just access to a staging site.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance regarding this.
