First, you guys are incredible - I used the Messaging plugin and it completely solves my issue. Unbelievable.

Now, i'm currently using contact7 for my forms, because it allows me to create a "client intake form" - where the client enters personal information that is sent to the therapist prior to starting therapy - it's also their legal agreement. The problem with contact7 is it sends this confidential private information via email to the therapist. I would love for it to be stored somewhere on the site, and then the therapist would somehow log in and view it on the site so it wasn't sent to an email. Does anyone have any idea how I can accomplish this? Here is a link to what I'm talking about - when you submit this form, it sends all this info in an email:

Thank you guys

You could use something like Formidable Pro Forms or Gravity Forms to build a front-end post submission system. You can then have all front-end posts automatically set to private only those with permissions can use them.

Honestly, it sounds like you're looking for more of a CRM than a contact form system. Check out WP-CRM, it may be exactly what you need. There are plenty of other WordPress CRM solutions, for example Highrise CRM integrates with Gravity Forms to intake and store customer info. There are others as well, but if you'd like to keep things local then WP-CRM is the right thing.

Just realize that if you're going to be storing personal client information locally then you'll inherit the necessary responsibility of safeguarding that information, which is why many (including myself) choose to keep it off-site. Just something to think about. Hope this helps.
