    Hi cornelius_butler,

I checked the pages, and could notice the issue. I tested in my system with Elementor plugin, and I wasn’t able to replicate such an issue, the form seems to work fine.

On further testing in your system, the issue occurs even with the default WordPress editor. I could notice the following console error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'className' of undefined

Generating from the following theme file:

The issue seems to be more of a conflict, could you please test whether the forms load in the mentioned pages, if you disable all the plugins except WPMU DEV Dashboard, and Forminator?

If you still have the same issue, please check whether switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyNinteen makes any difference, or not too.

Since it’s a live site, I wasn’t sure whether you are comfortable with us performing conflict test as mentioned above, please do test, and see how that goes. Which should give a better idea where the conflict is.

Have a nice day ahead.

I contacted inkthemes and I’ve pasted their response below. Essentially they’re putting the blame back on Forminator. Here is their response:

    Hello Cornelius,

    Greeting from InkThemes,

I made you clear that there is no issue in the theme and there is no problem form our end.

Kindly see the previous Emails sent to you.

The plugin for the form which you are using is conflicting with the form builder you are using.

There is no such issue form our end, I hope you understand my point now.

    Hello cornelius_butler

As far I remember, I personally notified you about this JS error of ddsmoothmenu long time ago, when even you weren’t using forminator plugin.

The issue could be with the theme or the conflict between the theme and any other plugin. I am saying because, I have deactivated the forminator plugin and I can still see the error, please check the screencast:

So, to find out if this is a conflict, please run a conflict test. Please deactivate all plugins but keep the theme active and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict.

You can find the flowchart here:

Let us know how it goes. Have a nice day!
