Function .Php error

Howdy,

I am getting this error in the theme service options section, what might this be?

    Hi!

That looks likely to be a permissions issue.

Using an FTP program like FileZilla, check that all the files for the blogs-mu theme are readable by the server (aka 755).

If you're not sure, find the blogs-mu folder and take a screenshot and we'll be able to tell you if it's right or not!

There is an uploads folder. I uploaded an image and checked, and by default it is set to 0644. Is this correct? A lot of files in a lot of different subdirectories are at 0644.

Looks like i'm on 3.1, no multi-network, just one site and buddy press.

FOLKS I'm in a LOT of trouble here, I heard no response from you. I'm still getting this eerror messages when I go into Themes/Service options

Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: No such file or directory in /home/westches/public_html/wp-content/themes/blogs-mu/_inc/functions/services-functions.php on line 335

Warning: chmod() [function.chmod]: No such file or directory in /home/westches/public_html/wp-content/themes/blogs-mu/_inc/functions/services-functions.php on line 336

I tried everything I could to switch files to 0755.

    I'm out of ideas.
