GENERAL ... implementation to attach files, e.g. screenshots

Hi there,

most of the time it would be so much easier to attach right here beneath this entry field of support request the button to attach a screenshot and/or a file.

This would make any request easier to describe the issue requested... easier especially for those who aren't English native speaker. I believe to, if you supporter guys can view the point of matter would make your work much easier too.

Please let me know the outcome of this request.
