Through the plugin on my site it says I have an Elite membership (which I recently bought). But if I click on “View all Activity” from the Dashboard, it takes me over to the WPMU dev site where it says I only have a Free membership.
I’m guessing this is why I can’t find any way to respond to an inquiry I made via my site dashboard – I click over to the site and it shows me the post but with no way to reply.
I try to contact support from there and it loops me back to the “Become a member” page.
I’m guessing there is no phone or IM support – is that right?
