Getting message to upgrade why?

I paid yearly membership, but when i downloading plugin message displays to upgrade why? and how can i download plugin

    Hope you're doing well today! Sounds like maybe the dashboard still thinks you're on the single product license. Do you mind deactivating and removing the dashboard then re-uploading it? It should prompt you to login again :slight_smile:

    Or, you can go to WPMU DEV > Manage. and click "Edit" beside your WPMU DEV API key, then it should prompt you to login.

    re-logging into the dashboard will automatically associate your new api key with it.
