getting set up

I would like to start a multi site e-commerce, I installed your platform but I'm not sure where to go from here. I currently still have woocommerce installed and I want to pull all my products and categories over from that. I would like to white label the admin. With the multi store feature will this allow me to add/remove/edit products and categories on all sites at once?

    Hello Kelly

Welcome aboard! We're glad to have you here.

The best place to start with our service is our Manuals. There you will find some great guides on how to use our service most efficiently. https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/

For White Labeling the Admin, you'll definitely want to check out our Ultimate Branding plugin. https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/ultimate-branding/

I'm afraid I'm not super familiar with WooCommerce Multistore but I did find their documentation at https://woomultistore.com/documentation/ and it does look like you'll be able to manage pretty much everything for all substores from the Network Admin, including categories and products.

I hope this clarifies a bit. Let us know if you have any further questions. We'll be happy to help!

    Best regards,

Hello I think my question wasn’t worded correctly.

We currently use woocommerce but don’t want to anymore, we want to use your multistore plugin. Using your Multistore plugin will I be able to add/edit/remove products and categories from all sites at once? And also be able to pick and choose at times which sites get a product update and which don’t?

    Hello Kelly

    Hope you're doing well!

Please feel free to try the MarketPress e-commerce plugin, which can be network activated:

I am afraid no syncing products between subsites in a network site is out of teh box. What you can do is to have a global store and show all products added to subsites on the main site. Also, our plugin has an option to use global shopping cart once it's network activated, so all purchases will be made on the main site.

Let us know if you have any further questions!
