GoDaddy Temporary Site Builder/ WPMU vanished

I built this website using GoDaddy's temporary hosting so that it wouldn't be live while I was working on it. When the site was done I used their transfer option that moves everytihng over for you but now the WPMU dashboard is no longer there. When I try to install it it tells me there is already a folder and it can't be installed.

PLease advise..

    Hello Brian,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

I'm thinking that the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin may still be indeed installed and possibly even active on your site but not visible for you. By default it's visible only to the admin-role account which was used to activate it. I'm not sure how GoDaddy's "transfer tool" work but it's possible that it affected the plugin.

    Please try following steps:

    1.
    - login to your site as an admin
    - go to "Plugins -> All plugins" and see if "WPMU DEV Dashboard" plugin is there on the list
    - if it's there and is disabled, simply activate it
    - if it's there and is active, disable it and then enable again

If this doesn't help (or there's no plugin there)

    2.
    - access your site via FTP (or cPanel's File Manager)
    - go to "/wp-content/plugins/" folder
    - delete the "/wpmudev-updates" plugin from there

You should now be able to install the plugin again in a regular way with no errors.

    I hope that helps!
    Best regards,
    Adam
