Goofing around with Disney in CSS

If you haven't got a free account there yet, CodePen is a really wonderful tool. It's also a great way to learn SCSS or Less and if you aren't yet working with a CSS pre-processor, you don't know what you are missing. Nesting CSS and having access to SCSS functions is as convenient and organized as it is powerful. Seriously though, pop by CodePen and fork a few projects to play around with, you'll learn a lot.

Anyhow, I thought I'd share this because anyone who grew up on Disney will get a kick out of it. I took Avalonis now-viral composite of all the Disney characters as real people and made it interactive + responsive. In my mind, this is a great example of how a little bit of UX can really enhance a more traditional project.

I'm happy to answer questions about what's going on with the front end code as well but either way, share it with your favorite aspiring Disney prince or princess.
